Things I love about having a house:
1) A garage!!! Storage, storage, storage!
2) No noisy neighbors that share a wall - I always hated trying to sleep when all of a sudden, I hear the teenager next door blaring music...
3) More space!
4) Putting holes in the wall - nail holes that is. :) Being able to hang pictures, decorations and clocks without the fear of losing a security deposit is really nice.
5) A YARD! I LOVE having a yard to call our own. We can grill out, have picnics, lay out, garden and basically do whatever we want, because, it is ours.
6) Having such a good investment. We have always been investment oriented. Pretty much every big item we have bought, that has been our mindset.
7) Roots. We now have a place to call our own. We have roots and a home, not just a place we rent or stay in temporarily.
These past two weeks have been wonderful and slowly we are making it our own. :) I will keep everyone updated!
