I love making labels.....Buns thinks I am silly, and he teases me that someday I will label our children. :) I don't believe I am that bad, but I do tend to label things to keep them organized. With the move, I felt an urge to make sure this place stays organized. I may not be able to label everything, but there are a few things I can.
In the office I have these two plastic drawer sets and one I have painted black, but the other is still white. I may paint that one eventually…….anyway…they hold 90% of my craft, paint, and beads and sometimes I felt that these items were EVERYWHERE. I got to work yesterday and cleaned house.
And with the help of my handy dandy label maker (I got it for myself for Christmas) and my Cricut, I got to work.
See how many things I have?! This is just one of the drawers too, just to give you an idea.
Then I went to the laundry room:
Remember how I told you that I needed either more shelves or cabinets or something? Well at the local Wallie World there are shelves for super cheap and it was just what I was looking for.
That along with $1 plastic containers, I have my more organized laundry room.
Sooooo much better. I left like someday everything was going to fall all over me if I was not careful. Now all the basic things I need for the laundry and life is all in arms reach.
Then…..I went to the fridge. That’s right, the fridge. I hate not being able to find what I need, and I hate throwing away food because it goes bad because it was in a spot that I could not locate.
All organized!!! I put all the bread (English muffins, biscuit tubes, tortillas, etc) in one of the $1 containers I got from Wal-mart. Simple and effective.
